Memory and Me was created to support those affected by cognitive decline and the families who suddenly find themselves navigating the unknown. We take a holistic, person-centred approach to helping people understand dementia, recognise behavioural changes, step into a new caregiving role, and learn how to care for themselves along the way.
As our ageing population grows and dementia becomes more common, we saw how many families were left without accessible, compassionate support — and how overwhelming that gap can feel. Through age-appropriate books, practical resources, and gentle education, we aim to support both those living with dementia and the people who love them, with a strong focus on preventing caregiver burnout.
At the heart of Memory and Me is the belief that people living with dementia still hold their memories — they simply access them differently — and that connection can be nurtured through storytelling, music, familiarity, and routine.
