Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
